# Contact Severn Planner

Email **[jeremy@severnplanner.com](mailto:jeremy@severnplanner.com)**. It is the one address for everything about Planner, the Severn Planner Overlay extension, and Planner for Mac. Planner is a student project, so replies can take a few days.

## What to write about

- **Help and bug reports.** Say which part you were using (the web app, the Chrome extension, or the Mac app), which school platform you connect to, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- **A school platform that isn't supported yet.** Planner syncs Canvas, Blackbaud, Schoology, and Google Classroom today, and brings in assignments from Brightspace, Moodle, Blackboard, ManageBac, Toddle, and Veracross with a calendar link. Tell us which platform your school uses.
- **Privacy questions**, or a parent or guardian asking for a child's account and data to be deleted.
- **Anything else**, including feedback and ideas for the planner.

## Please don't send

Your school password, your Planner password, or your encryption passphrase or recovery code. Nobody at Planner needs them, and nobody can recover a lost passphrase for you.

## You can do these yourself

- **Delete your account:** Settings, Account, Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it for good.
- **Get a copy of your data:** Settings, Export JSON.
- **Change your school connection:** Settings, School Sync.
- **Set up or fix syncing:** the [setup guide](https://www.severnplanner.com/guide/setup) walks through each platform and has a troubleshooting section.
