What to write about
- Help and bug reports. Say which part you were using (the web app, the Chrome extension, or the Mac app), which school platform you connect to, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- A school platform that isn't supported yet. Planner syncs Canvas, Blackbaud, Schoology, and Google Classroom today, and brings in assignments from Brightspace, Moodle, Blackboard, ManageBac, Toddle, and Veracross with a calendar link. Tell us which platform your school uses.
- Privacy questions, or a parent or guardian asking for a child's account and data to be deleted.
- Anything else, including feedback and ideas for the planner.
Please don't send
Your school password, your Planner password, or your encryption passphrase or recovery code. Nobody at Planner needs them, and nobody can recover a lost passphrase for you.
You can do these yourself
- Delete your account: Settings, Account, Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it for good.
- Get a copy of your data: Settings, Export JSON.
- Change your school connection: Settings, School Sync.
- Set up or fix syncing: the setup guide walks through each platform and has a troubleshooting section.
