Grades and GPA

The Grades page shows each class's grade, your average and your GPA.

The Grades page

If your school platform sends grades, Sync brings them in. You can also enter grades yourself. Each class card shows its grade, its percentage and how much of its work is done.

Grade Predictor

Predict shows what you need on the work that's left to reach the grade you want. Pick a class, pick its grading system (points, weighted percentages or a mix), and set a target.

GPA goal

Goal on the Grades page shows the smallest grade change in each class that would raise your GPA, and how many of those changes it takes to reach your target.

AP, Honors and your GPA scale

Planner guesses AP or Honors from each class name, so your weighted GPA is right from the start. Change it in Add Class or in the class's grades if it guessed wrong. To change the GPA scale, or pick your school or state, open Settings, then GPA.

Archive a quarter or semester

At the end of a term, open the Classes page and choose Archive a quarter or semester, under Past Classes. That term's grades and GPA are saved under Past Classes, your classes stay, and grades can start fresh for the next term. Restore undoes it. When you archive a term from an earlier school year, pick its school year so it counts in the right year.

Finish one class

A class that ends early can be finished on its own, from the archive button on its card or from Edit. It moves to Past Classes with its grade and keeps counting in this year's GPA. Its assignments stay for 60 days, then they're cleared to save space.

Year GPA

Once you've archived a quarter or semester, the Grades page shows your GPA for the year so far, and Past Classes shows it for each school year.
